This template has also been equipped with new budget estimator worksheet that helps to allocate your wedding budget to the various categories by making simple adjustments of percentages, if you choose to do it your self or can also automatically do this for you by using your estimated cost percentage.

Our wedding budget template is a small application that will help you to create a wedding budget of estimated and actual expenses in MS Excel faster, easier and less stressful, so you can relax and start looking forward to a day to remember

You can add, amend or delete items as often as you like and check how that affects your total budget, so you can see - at a glance – exactly what you can afford or where best to make changes.

How to use this template?

1. Download and save the template on your hard drive.

2. Open template in excel and start by editing the items and categories. You can add, delete or amend any item in any category.

3. Once the template is customized with your new items then start adding amounts in the column named Estimated budget. This will help you to calculate the amount that you need for your wedding.

4. Now you need to make a simple allocation of the budget by going to the wedding budget estimator worksheet and adjusting percentages in categories if you choose to do it manually.

Note: Remember that the total of all categories should always equal to 100% otherwise your budget will not be allocated properly.

5. Last step is to fill in the amounts in the column named Actual and follow it up by checking variances between you estimated and actual amounts in every category and for every item in it.
