How to use this template?1. Download and save the template on your hard drive. 2. Open template in excel and customize the wedding budget summary worksheet with all necessary information in Date of wedding and Contributions cells. Note: You do not need to touch other cells on the wedding budget summary worksheet as they contain formulas and will be updated automatically. 3. Update each worksheet with items that are relevant for you and fill in the Estimated column with amounts that you thinking that your items will cost. This is your first stem in creation of the wedding budget as this will help you to get a first picture of the things that you need for your wedding and also help to estimate and automatically allocate your budget per various categories. 4. Once you have completed your first steps, you may now go to your Estimator worksheet were you can have look at the estimated amounts and adjust them manually by changing percentages in the cells. Note: Percentages must be assigned correctly so that the total of all cells should always be equal to 100%. 6. Now you have already estimated how much you would need and allocated your budgeted amounts per categories you are ready to input your actual costs in columns named Actual. By doing this you will allow your self to see the full projection of your wedding budget and start summarising your figures back on the summary worksheet. Rest is easy and you can follow the instructions within this template. Template also contains Guest list and Contact list worksheets as well as Wedding Checklist in order for you to be prepared for the best day. |
